Food arrived late, and cold. The delivery guy refused to acknowledge that it was cold. When I called the restaurant they apologized and offered to re-do the order, but I didn't want to wait another hour for breakfast. Will not order from here again.

Best diner in astoria. Delivery is good and eating in is great. The food alone is great. My boyfriend and I like eating out a lot and this is one of our constant places to eat at.

First of all, for some reason this place is listed with a $$$ pricetag. Ignore this, only the greek seafood dishes are that expensive. Everything else here is MORE than reasonable. The Bel Aire Diner in Astoria is great for a late-night greasy-spoon fix. While all of their sandwiches are a bit on the oily side, and some of the fried options can be a bit simple, this diner does have some amazing things to offer. The pancakes here are delicious, the burgers are great for the price and come in wide varieties, and the sweet potato fries are surprisingly delicious. The staff here is also very responsive and able to customize your order as much as you want. Overall, not the best diner food, but some of the best delivery in Astoria with great service!

The best! I mean, it's still diner food at the end of the day, no frills here, but their delivery service is top notch! Also FAST! The food is good, nothing fancy, but good. This diner has saved my life many many hungover mornings. Fabulous diner food. The Eggs Benedict was good. Have I had better at a Manhattan brunch place? Yes. But plenty good enough. The home fries were excellent! The Challah French toast was perfect, there I have NOT had better at a fancy brunch place. My complex order was handled perfectly and delivery was within 5 minutes of the predicted window. As good a diner as you will ever see, at least delivery-wise.

Who doesn't love the Bel Aire? Their deliver is so quick that it's almost weird -- it's like they have ESP and just intuit your order. If you want comfort food, they're great. We particularly like their soups and sandwiches, and their Greek specialties. Plus, they're open 24 hours, even on Christmas, so they're pretty much the most consistent people you'll ever encounter.

It was alright. Burgers were overcooked. More pricey than other diners in the area, and not as good quality. Cafe latte was very good though.

Decent food for the price. Always leaves me with leftovers for a second meal the next day. The Chicken Cordon Blue was delicious, wish there was more sauce though. But overall very satisfied.

This delivery took 1 1/2 Hours and I live just a few blocks away! When I called they said the delivery had already been here and they tried to call me. No one ever rang my doorbell and I had no missed call from the delivery guy and they verified that my information was correct on the order (which it was). To top it off, my food was delivered cold and I will never order delivery from them again.

Well, that's the first time I ever ordered a chicken salad and got no chicken with it! Oh, and thanks a bunch for those gross little mini ears of corn that I had to pick out. Guess I'll be placing my orders with a diner that doesn't ruin my dinner for me.

Do not order the buffalo wings unless you are in the mood for plain fried chicken. There is no wing sauce on the wings at all. They are simply "Kentucky fried chicken" wings. Come on, Bel Aire, figure it out. Other than that, this place is great for breakfast.

I'm giving this place three stars because the DELIVERY STAFF IS WONDERFUL - both times I have ordered they arrived very quickly and were very pleasant people. However, each time we have ordered from here they have left out key items of the order - tonight it was the orange juice and toast, before it was a side order of fries...my boyfriend wanted to give this Diner another try but they did it again. We liked the delivery men so much we did have the heart to make them come back. The food is typical diner fare with large portions - wish they could just get their orders right.

The portions are HUUUUGE. You can definitely split any of the pasta entrees between 2-3 hungry people, which makes it way more worth it for the price.

I absolutely love this place, I always order delivery it gets here in under 15min. I always stick to ordering the same things since i am not so adventurous so I cant tell you how their more complicated dishes are. But i can promise you that their burgers, sandwiches or breakfast items are wonderful.

If you stay with what you know, this is a great after-midnight delivery option - I've found anything with tomato sauce to be unforgivably terrible. Burgers, gyros, club sandwiches, soups, chicken fingers, breakfast foods are all good, but I wouldn't advise going any more adventurous than that.

I ordered the buffalo wings late one night, and they came without buffalo sauce. It had the blue cheese dressing, celery, and carrots, but no buffalo sauce. They were simply fried chicken wings. Seeing that buffalo wings were listed as a popular item, I came to the conclusion that the lack of buffalo sauce must have been a late night mistake. I ordered the buffalo wings again a month or two later, but this time during normal hours.... and again, no buffalo sauce. I'm deeply saddened by this.

We ordered breakfast from here the day after we got back from a long trip. My girlfriend is allergic to nuts and ordered a bran muffin. Instead we received a carrot muffin with nuts in it. Fortunately we noticed before she took a bite. When I called to correct the order, the person on the phone was rude. Instead of immediately offering to correct the error he asked what I thought he should do about it and then suggested that I should have to come and get any replacement instead of delivering it to our apartment. My french toast was not bad, but we won't be ordering from here ever again.
